Career
She made her Bollywood debut with the animal horror flick ‘Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans’ in 2014. Although the movie did not perform well financially, film critics appreciated her performance. Soon thereafter she entered Telugu cinema with an appearance in Puri Jagannath’s 2015 flick Temper as part of a dance sequence.
She appeared alongside Emraan Hashmi in Vikram Bhatt’s 3-D science-fiction thriller Mr. X, directed and produced by Mahesh Bhatt.
Nora became popular as a dancer for “item numbers” in South Indian movies and appeared as herself in Malayalam movie ‘Double Barrel’ as well as Telugu films ‘Kick 2’, ‘Sher’ and ‘Loafer.’ She made a special appearance singing Manohari in both versions of ‘Baahubali: The Beginning.’
Nora Fatehi began her reality entertainment career by entering “Bigg Boss 9,” hosted by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, as a “wild card entry.” Along with Gizele Thakral, Nora spent three weeks inside the house before being evicted on January 3, 2016. Later in 2016, Nora made another appearance in dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
